Adventure for Kids' Sake:
Our first annual picnic celebrating the Power of Mentoring for Past, Present, and Future supporters of BBBS SMSC. This inaugural picnic will be an opportunity to participate a FAMILY FUND DAY of outdoor activities in partnership with the Akron Area YMCA Camp Y Noah. Enjoy of day of grilled hamburger, hotdogs, fruit, salads, and beverages. The main event: The Adventure Race This is like the amazing race at camp. Participants are broken up into small groups. Each group is given a map, score sheet, and any supplies they’ll need. Groups will have up to 3 hours (time determined by group) to complete as many stations as they can. Each station has a point value. Prizes and Awards will be given throughout the day. Come join us for the FAMILY FUN DAY!! Date of Event: August 25, 2019. Time of Event: 9am - Noon - Adventure Race for the teams. 1-4pm Canoeing will be open to the families. FAMILY FUN DAY! Place: Camp Y Noah 815 Mt Pleasant Rd, Clinton, OH 44216 Cost: $20 for Adults Free for Kids and Teenagers
